Featured Project
Heath, Texas
A waterfront retreat conceived as a quiet sanctuary—where stone, glass, and water meet in effortless dialogue. Every elevation is composed to frame the lake beyond.
From the geometric infinity pool to the firebowl-lit terraces, this estate was designed for slow evenings and grand gatherings alike.

The Vision
The owners came to us with a singular brief: a lakefront sanctuary that would feel as composed at sunrise as it does at a black-tie evening. We answered with an estate that dissolves the line between architecture and landscape.
Design Approach
Every primary room is oriented to capture water views, with retractable glass walls that open the great room and primary suite directly to the terraces. A restrained material palette—honed limestone, bronze, and rift-cut white oak—lets the lake remain the home's most generous feature.
Standout Features
Geometric infinity-edge pool with integrated firebowls
Two-story great room with operable glass curtain wall
Climate-controlled wine cellar finished in book-matched marble
Private boat dock with covered entertaining loggia

Materials & Craftsmanship
Hand-selected French limestone exteriors and honed Calacatta interiors, set by a team of master masons over fourteen months.
Bespoke rift-cut white oak cabinetry and paneling, hand-finished on site to a satin sheen.
Custom bronze entry doors, railings, and window frames fabricated by a single Texas atelier.
Collaboration
Designed in close partnership with a Dallas-based architect and an interior design studio out of Houston. Weekly on-site reviews with the homeowners shaped every detail—from the sweep of the staircase to the patina of the bronze.
